For those of us who enjoy photography and are always looking to get better I made this journal. Tell and share tips of what camera you use, exposures, shutter settings, environments, editing software, etc... that you use to get the shots that fit your style.
I myself love dark, brooding, and mysterious and find stronger images coming from sharper angles, stranger areas, and dilapidation. I am no "urban explorer," but there are so many homes and buildings long forgotten and each has a story to tell that I find these to be even more beautiful. While shooting I try maintain steadiness and prefer not to use a mount or tripod. The settings of my cameras vary depending on lighting and I am currently using a FujiFilm FinepixS camera. I would love to upgrade some day.
What cameras do you use? What's your aesthetic style? Any tips, tricks, or tools of the trade you can share or recommend?
